Verizon xv6800 50$ upgrade for the touch pro???

We have all heard it a 50$ upgrade for sprints mogul, but has anyone confirmed an upgrade on verizons xv6800 for the touch pro?? I got my xv6800 in november so I have only been with it for 4 months but i just really dont like it as much as I thought I was. Any1 dealt with asurion or do I just have to wait it out?

There are plenty of XV6800s refurbs. You will have to really push for a Pro. I wouldn't pay $50 bucks for a Verizon Pro. You should put that $50 bucks twards a Sprint Pro and convert to Verizon...

I would and that makes sense to me.

But this sentence makes better sense.

Much more... The Sprint Pro looks awsome. But the Vogue is such a hot device, had I known the Mogul had RAM issues I would never have wasted time with it. The Vogue is small with twice as much RAM. From playing with it, I love it. Probably gonna buy one from a guy here real soon.

Re: Verizon xv6800 50$ upgrade for the touch pro???

I have had hardware problems with several 6800's the past few weeks. Just yesterday a VZW manager called me to tell me that they were out of both refurbs and new, and would I mind a new Touch Pro.... so you may not even have to spend $50 if you have intermittent hardware issues like a stuck button or battery charging problems (hint hint).

What is the reason for prefering the Sprint over the Verizon? Is it just the chrom-ish back?
