I Need Help With My Mogul To Activated to Metro???

Hi I just Got My htc Mogul flashed To metro pcs network but everytime that i go to a store they said the same thing they cant not activated phone from another company because they dont have flash and when i call to tried to do it by phone when they ask me for the esn and they put it in they said that its not i the data base that i have to go to a metro store and the same history start again i want to know how i activate with my esn or something so can make it work...................
