Screen Cracked Can't Tap Need to flash for replacement but...

Hey I guys I got a dillema on my hands.

I managed to crack the screen on my Titan and I need to relock/flash back to the stock rom to get it replaced by Sprint... but here is where the problem comes in.


The screen won't recognize taps properly so I can't tap to do calibrations. So if I flash the stock rom I won't be able to tap at the welcome calibration or tap through the welcome introduction . So if sprint doesn't have a phone at the store on the day I go to get it replaced... I will be phoneless for a week

So does anybody have any ideas on how to get past the calibration and intro screens when I flash the rom? I got until Wednesday to figure this puzzle out...

call assurion...your paying for the replacement either way....they will send you a new one so your not out a phone at all...just dont flash rom back until you get the new phone

So even with the insurance I'll have to pay?

You can try to connect to your phone with My Mobiler. I'm not sure if it will let you control it that early into the boot sequence though.

Yeah that is what I was thinking and my exact fear. Might end up being a here goes nothing kind of deal...

ok that is both promising and disheartening at the same lol

But that you so much for going to all that trouble to help me out

Push come to shove:

If they don't have a replacement on the day I can take it flashed with stock rom and even if its not usable they'll say they can replace it and I can just bring it home and cook a rom that skips all of the welcome stuff when I get home.

So i'll give my mobiler a shot when I reflash but if it doesn't work then at least I won't have to be phoneless longer than the time it takes for me to take it to the store and get back home.
