6800 Stops Charging

So, ive had the phone since the day after it came out.... i was very happy, except for battery life.

All of a sudden today it stops charging. Doesnt even recognize the charger being pluged in. I did a hard reset for giggles (knowing it prob would do nothing) and it did nothing.

So now im returning it under my 30 day return policy, and hope my 650 will last until i can get a good PDA again.

Before i send it back, any thoughts?

Also, anyone else seeing this?

i definatly think u just got a faulty device... exhcnage it first and see im having no problems with this great device

did you jiggle the usb plug? my mogul is finicky. the usb connector thing must be loose. when i plug it in, the light doesnt go on, and i have to jiggle it a lil to get it situated. im gonna call and exchange it.

lol i spent about an hour jiggling last night... and no avail.... i requested my exchange kit today

You shouldn't have to jiggle the cable to get it to work. That sounds like a loose connection on the board and you're moving the whole usb port to get it to work. I would recommend exchanging it to save long term problems.
