know how to boost up your memory speed?

Do any one know how to boost up your memory speed on the mogul 6800?

From what I have read, overclocking doesn't work and memory is not expandable. There are a few memory management programs out there which I have not found to do a whole lot - just my experience. Some of the more advanced users will know better.
