Honestly, if you are stuck in an endless reboot cycle, the only thing you can do is a hard reset. This will get rid of everything.
Sorry to say it,

Have you tried soft reseting the device? I don't own a Titan and I'm not exactly sure how to soft reset them but there should be a small hole that you can stick your stylus in like every other HTC device. Try this..but it sounds to me like you are stuck in a boot cycle and the only thing you can do is to probably hard reset..but try soft resetting the device or taking the battery out for a few seconds.

Hard reset: hold both soft keys and push soft reset button on bottom of phone. Or start - settings - system - clear storage
