Opera is a memory hog. When I tried it, it would give me out of memory error messages every time. Now I use Skyfire.
Clean up your phone with a hard reset. Then install what ever programs you wish. Some software requires to be put on device memory but those that don't, put them on the Micro SD card and save as much device memory as possible.
