If you actually *lost* the phone you could sign on to MySprint and free trial the "Family Locator" and track it down. I did this once. Worth a shot. In the future I'd put smartphonetracker on it.

Hey Jim thanks alot but they have turned the phone off now as it went straight to voicemail when i called for the extra long wait pre or tp2 idk if i can wait for the tp2

Really what are the odds of that happening because Idk your making me wonder now. ....i did talk to sprint and they said when either phone comes out contact them and I can get it for the same price as a 2 year contract signer would with signing for another two years, do you think thats a good idea?

You're only getting a replacement through TEP so you shouldn't worry about contracts or anything

If you have insurance you just pay 50 and get a new phone. You contract is not extended because you are not buying a new phone. Heck you arn't even contacting sprint just asurion insurance.

LOL ok now I got it...now if I try to activate this new phone that I get from asurion are they (sprint) going to try and start my contract over again?

I also got a replacement I believe around this time in 2008 will that hinder me at all?

Let me state this so you understand.

YOU CONTRACT IS NOT GOING TO BE EXTENDED.

You aren't changing your contract you are just adding a new phone to your plan.

ive lost phones before and its just as standard as a normal claim... they just tell you if u find it, send it back... but they tag ur esn, so u cant still use it..

the PD protocall is when u say your phone was stolen...

if they made u do that to the poster above, thats jankie kinda... and a time water for YOU and the pd..

i didnt even know the cops had a "lost property" report to fill out..

this joke isnt at you... maybe next i lose my car keys though, ill fill out a report , and see if the cops can find em lol
