(~2nd~ replacement phone- *HTC Mogul/Titan*) NOW usb wont sync!

So... you may remember me posting a few topics about help for a USCC stock rom, (i ended up just locking the phone... making the splash screen/startmenu look like the stock version)...

I received my new mogul (and like before, now have a **another** NEW problem with the usb port.... (one of the pins have bent, but just a little...vary rarely will it not charge cuz the pins not directly touching the port.....) but the ***BIG*** problem is that.... I CAN*NOT* at all get any type of usb sync?... I have tried 3 differant roms, and still no connections? The pins inside the port are not bent at all.... (i have went to usb-computer...and checked/rechecked the "advanced network connections" tab)...but still no connection....what so ever........?
Why is this?
Please help =( ....if sumone can help me out and get this fixed (my aim is creedguitarrock) I'll send ya $5 via paypal=)
