lol Oops. Forgot to change that. Got it all fixed up now.

Anyway, yeah... I just downloaded WisBar and it worked for about 5 minutes. Then, it just did absolutely nothing what-so-ever. I tried changing skins, nothing. I mean, it's not that it just wasn't responding, it wasn't showing up on my Bars. *sigh* I've got a headache...lol

Yeah, I tried UI Tweaker, but it made no difference. In fact, if I use UI Tweaker at all it makes the bars 'matte'.

Basehue
You need to change the base hue to 160 for black bars to give them the 3d effect. You can do this with the UI Tweaker software or by changing the registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Color\Basehu e.
