I love my mogul. my mom and i just got ours monday evening. our previous phones were both treo 650's. We were kind of nervous to make the switch but i'm glad that we did. there are things that i miss about the 650 but my mogul is making me forget about them pretty fast.

i give it a 4 because:
-BT kinda sucks -i cant overclock the CPU yet -leather case doesnt protect the corners -when i press 2 buttons at the same time (emulators) it doesnt respond -wifi seems kind of slow there are probably some other things, but cant think of them right now

I voted Extremely Satisfied. Sure, there are a couple things about the Mogul that could be better, but I don't have enough complaints to only be mostly satisfied. I think that may be partially because I came from a Sidekick 3 to the Mogul, so that's a HUGE step up.

I can't really complain with the purchase, I knew what I was getting into, and while the small inconveniences are a pain, I know eventually through people like us and communities like this, we WILL get them resolved. Maybe Sprint and HTC will lend a helping hand although so far they seem to be doing the opposite.

Sattisfaction with 6800
HTC did with the 6800 that they sholud have done with the 6700. It is a tenfold increase over the 6700. I am extremly sattisfied with the HTC Mogul.

Slight Disappointment
Mine lasted 3d 2h. No power now. Sprint may not give me a new replacement even if they can't fix it. Seems like an odd policy for something that is practically DOA. The disabled GPS and the lack of education of the sprint reps on what it supports and doesn't support has also been a problem. Half the time they say it supports sprint tv, and radio and navigation, the other half tell me it doesn't. Of course the sales person sells me the Vision Ultimate Pack.
Other than that, the phone is awesome and I can't wait to get one that turns on. |
