Mogul *not* Charging...weird (wall charger)

This has happened to me before and I just switched batteries to make it "magically" work again. I use my wall-charger (brand new) with the Mogul (it's dead/1% atm) and no light appears, no charge gets received into the phone. I misplaced the spare battery, and the phone will *not* charge.

Any suggestions?? I've tried removing and then replacing the existing battery. It's very odd and very annoying!! This happen to anyone else before?/

Mogul charger or OEM? I have found that removing and replacing the battery and using the manufacturer's charger got it charging again.

It's a charger I got at the Sprint store...my cat chewed up the original one

Will it charge via USB to a computer?
