Won't recognize Mogul with usb cable

Can sync with blue tooth, but when i try to sync with usb cable, it says it is connecting on phone but Windows Mobile Device Center shows it is not connected and will not connect. Any ideas here? Running Vista ultimate.....

Try this out. Go into setttings > connections > USB to PC. Deselct the option thats in there for "enable advanced network functionality". That worked for me when i couldn't connect to my computer.

You mean like the whole "it's now safe to disconnect your device" thing that windows deals with usb devices? Don't worry about it, you don't need to go through that crap. I say if your not in the middle of uploading some files or changing stuff around on your phone, you can disconnect it when ever you fancy.
