Active Sync Memory Leak.

So I have my phone plugged in most of the day at work. I lose approx 10-15% of my memory with it plugged in. I am running no programs just activesync. If the phone isn't plugged in I lose no memory. Is this usual?

i havent noticed that but i have noticed that if i text a lot, it doesnt matter if i close messaging or not, i can start with like 21-22 mb, and over the course of an hour of texting i go down to like 15-17mb. even oxios is really just a temp fix until i have a chance to soft reset.

I text about once a week so that isn't the problem.

I find that mogul has terrible memory leaks. On the stock rom I would start the day with about 18MB use Opera mini, text and lsiten to music. I could then have everything closed and only have 10MB left. It was so bad that I had a ram gauge and oxios memory release on my today screen.

I'm now running wm6.5 and it seams a lot better. I start off with 21MB but the rest of the day it will level off around 18MB.

The titans are have a terrible memory leak. Give SKtools a try. It has a Shadow Service that operates in the background freeing up RAM and can optimize the device system settings. You can read more and download a trial version here.

I understand that some things cause leaks and the titan has many. But the phone is great as long as it isn't connected with activesync.

Can you give me a good link to dl Oxios? All the ones i found were dead.

I started off with 3mb more RAM on DCD's, but it quickly washed away. With build 20755 I only soft reset every 3-4 days. But I still am looking foward to getting a Touch. Being able to use more apps and not worry as much about memory will be nice. Even my Apache gets more RAM than this thing.
