i cracked my mogul screen last thursday afternoon , by friday 5 pm I had a touch pro in my hands. try making a claim on phoneclaim.com it will tell you what phone they will send you. and if you do it before 12:01 April 19th it will only cost you 50 bucks.

all the phones i get have manufacturer problems not anything i did wrong with them

and i tried phoneclaim only get a mogul again

i cracked my screen by accident. the sent me a refurb mogul.l the phone kept thinking the battery was dead when it wasn't, then i called them and they sent me the TP. Happy birthday to me!!!!
oh that was from asurion, The insurance is worth every penny

it looks like anyone replacing their mogul through asurion is getting a TP. i did. just 2 days ago.

i literally JUST got off the phone with the Asurion people...told them my sync port broke (which it really did) they are sending me the TP..it will b here tomorrow (Friday April 17,) only 50 bucks but hey thats better then the instore price...HURRY HURRY HURRY before they raise that orice up to 100 bucks....im super happy

i just filed online for my lost phone and they are sending me a 6850 im thinking its a tp. my gf had a touch and her screen didnt work anymore and insurance sent her a diamond. i think they ran out of old useless phones

I talked directly to sprint on the phone and got my mogul replaced with a brand new TP. I will NEVER look back. I'm so happy to get rid of that mogul POS. The TP is unbelievably fast coming from a mogul

The 6850 is the Touch Pro, so enjoy

Also, I wouldn't call the 6800 useless... yeah, it has it's problems but it is still a useful phone.
