Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

well this mogul i have right now i hate it.. i cant type anything without having to erase or add letters with the on screen keyboard.... hopefully the new one they are sending me will be better i just want a phone that works MOGUL or TP il take any of them

BTW: rep told me he was sending out a new TP but i just got a mogul

Ok so my mogul has a white spot on the screen and i added TEP when I activated it...(under 30 days ago). I am not interested in putting in a claim right away (even though it sounds like it will cost me $100 to do it), but I am wondering...what is the best way to file a claim an still be able to keep the phone and possibly activate it on my wifes account w/ Sprint?

I would think once you file a claim on it, they would mark that phone's esn as being out of service and would not activate it on anybodies account. I may be wrong though. Also if you keep the phone you are supposed to send back I believe they charge you $200.

The best way? Legitimately buy another phone, and transfer your numbers.

wow so after talking to that guy on friday or sat he promised me a HTC touch pro brand new and i get my mogul today what a bummer
