Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?

Can i just start to file a claim with asurion on phoneclaim.com and cancel it if it says they will give me another mogul? I think I remember someone saying something about a 30 day period for open claims? Can anyone provide any info?

I have been having minor issues with buttons but I was trying to wait until I knew that I could get a TP.

as of a few min ago, advanced exchange, had a mogul to give me for my mogul..

phoneclaim.com is giving 6850... my 6800 got wet, now im getting a 6850 for $50. as of less than 10 minutes ago. dont use sprint website.

yes you can cancel if you dont want the phone they offer. it's pretty much the same as sprint advanced exchange.

phoneclaim will charge u a deductable wont they??

advanced exchanged has never charged me a penny..

Yea there is a deductible, but I gave up on advanced exchange.. and I figure they have a million refurbished moguls... deductible is going up to $100, my phone is messed up, and my plan is to sell the TP once the HD Pro comes out and get the discount on that from my contract renewal which is up in June.(I know the HD Pro wont be out by then, or will it? =D>)

i been trying the past week

i cant go the asurion route cause ive already gone thru 3 moguls this year

so ive been depending on the site and all i get is Moguls i havent seen a touch pro yet ive checked over 100 times

ive called sprint many times there sending moguls


ughh.....trying to replace my pos mogul thats really broken

Thanks, that sucks to hear about your misfortune with the mogul. Luckily this is my first time using asurion(or my $7 insurance, period) in the 1 year and 15 or so months I've had the phone.
