Cab files
I have the mogul - have installed programs (Sling player mobile & Satellite radio for xm) - but these installed with exe. files - am unclear where in my files on the mogul do I put the .cab files? There is no startup directory folder in myy mogul....thanks!

Think of CAB files as EXE files that need to be executed on the device itself.
Copy the CAB file to your device or storage card and then use a File Explorer to run the CAB from the Mogul.

if there an exe file, then you will have to have you phone connected to your computer, let activesync sync, and then click the programs you wanna install. activesync will do its thing, and then your phone asks you were to install the app.
