If you got it directly from them then they will probably give you a different device. I am kinda happy with my new Mogul right now. But I still want a Vogue.

They should just take the 6800 off the market completely. Why would they send you a POS as a replacement for a POS? Sounds like a never ending process to me...

they do it with every phone, usually most people take the replacement and don't notice anything; but when you ARE looking for even the slightest thing wrong you will find it usually. i don't care i will keep sending them back till i get a TP lol

They really should. It gets me so mad. Right now my hardware feels good. But just the lack of RAM makes this thing a eice of trash.

I am the same way. I will look for anything. I have only had 2 Mogul replacements with nothing wrong. I was always able to remove the MMS cab and tell them I couldn't get pic messages, If I couldn't find anything wrong with it. They then would mail me out a new one. I got a lot of Apaches for that.

yeah you can tell them anything as long as your nice and they will send you another phone, im going to call tonight and see what happens

Since Moguls are no longer made, every extra replacement you get is just going to get progressively worse. Sad truth.

Good luck with Verizon Touch Pro. It is so slugish. A custom ROM could make it better, but you will NEVER get the proper RAM outa it...

well after 3 phones in 10 days its bye bye titan for me! i was offered the omnia or touch pro, took the omnia. hope it was the right choice!!!!
