EVDO not working?

Ok, I Have a U.S. Cellular 6800 which i just updated the radio for gps use. Everything was working fine and then just today the EVDO stopped working it will try to connect to it but never does. Any idea as to what may be wrong? If someone would happen to have a U.S. Cellular phone and could tell me all the stock settings I would greatly appreciate it or if you happen to have an idea as to what is wrong.

Re: EVDO not working?

I followed this process http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=24511
After the process the EVDO did work, It was about a day later I couldn't connect. At that point I tried to start changing settings on my own, such as those found in "M.IP Default Profile" and others found in ESPT. When I do ##DEBUG# it says "AN/AAA authentication" "2=Failed Authentication" So basically I am confused and am not sure how to fix this problem. I am thinking it is maybe a username or password issue, shared secret? not sure what any of that stuff is supposed to be.
