plug it into a power outlet in your car and test with a multi meter the black and red on a spare usb cable or old broken usb cable u no longer need. All you are looking for is under 1000mah of power and 4.5v -5v dc output.
Check on blekin's site to see if you can find something similar and see what it supports.
Google the part number and see what u can digg up.
Alternatively check the output section on the tiny sticker somewhere for the above specs. 500mah will still charge the titan just slow like a pc usb port.
