Correction, 3.xx is GPS. It can be 3.00 I believe. I know that 3.35 works.

I agree with anything over v3.xx and I am using v3.42.50. You can start reading at post 3 on that link I gave at the bottom of page one here as it will give more detail.

Bell didn't lock out anything. Verizon is the only one who does that.

Make it simple on yourself. Use Olipro 2.4 to unlock, or NueSPL 2.47 Flash radio 3.42.50 then flash your ROM. Then you will be happy :)
