looking for a flashing tut

i used to have one book marked but have since reformated (forgeting to back up my bookmarks)
im looking to flash my mogul and know basically jack **** about doing it. the best and easiest tutorial would be amazing. along with recomendations for a rom. im looking for something that is going to run fast. im sick of my titan running like an old lady once i get a few things on it.
