When you look at a .cab file in Windows on the PC, it opens it as a .zip . Don't unzip it, and transfer the .cab to your phone, then run it on the phone to install.

OOoooookkkk... makes sence now... I'm just so use to seeing zip files and treating them as a zip file.... Thansk for the help people....
