video ringtones on htc mogul

I recorded a video on my phone and would like to use it as a ringtone but only the sound plays. Do video ringtones not work in wm6? I also tried converting the video to wmv and avi and it still doesn't work.
videos ringtones would play on my treo 700wx, why won't it work on this phone?

I want to know the answer to this question also. Please someone respond. I plan on getting the Mogul in the future (2-3 months) and if this is possible with other phones I think it should be possible with this type of phone. So please people please respond.

I have not personally seen video ringtones on a PPC phone.

my treo definitely played video ringers. is there no one out there that knows the answer? is that capability just a pam thing?
