themes. please help real quick

I was browsing in the "Post your Today Screens" thread. And I just recently picked up the 6800/Mogul/Titan 2 days ago.This is my first PocketPC so I'm new to this whole scene. I just want to know how do I get these themes because they are way cool.

i think they are both the same. but one has a music player on the front.
