Make sure you also have wifi enabled in the comm manager. Do you get the blinking green light indicating it's on?

I take it that you don't live in the city? If I just turn my wifi switch on, I get like 8 networks to choose from. One way to rule out a proble with your wireless router. Although, if you live in rural area, maybe a drive by starbucks or mcdonald's even...

If you can describe the problem you had with NueSPL, I might be able to help. I found it rather easy to use. Did you have a green check next to all of the prerequisites? Are you sure you were using the unlocker and not the locker?
