Does SPB backup restore registry entries? What about settings for each program like NueLED? Or do I need SPB clone.

I can verify this: today I backed up after editing system settings and registry tweaks. After a hard reset, I restored (without even installing SPB on the device), and 5 minutes later it was just like it was.

Registry edits and system settings ARE saved in the Sprite Backup file!
