You seriously need to read up. If you don't you're gonna end up with a very nice paperweight which once used to be a phone. Make sure the bootloader says "Olipro 2.40" or "nueSPL 2.47". The you need to have a radio at least 3.35.04 or higher. Then you can flash a custom ROM. READ READ READ READ! Unless you want to end up with a bricked Mogul, learn all you can! Have a good day :)

Re: Please Help :)

You need to use Olipro 2.40 NOT Olipro 1.20 FLash an old ROM then use 2.40

Well im new to this whole thing to but after reading up about a bunch of stuff i decided to give it a try and ended up with the same problem. your phone is still not unlocked, it was just put in bootloader mode and if you want to reset it back to manufacture settings hold down the two buttons above the windows and okay buttons and push in the reset for a few seconds with your stylus (known as a hard reset). This should reset bring up two options, use the qwerty keynoard to hit R then when its done hit the space bar. Go through the tapping the screen then go here and read up:
http://http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=33857

It is done by GAMedics and how i managed to pull it off with a little help from xda. You need to get version 2.4 of Olipro and then run it to unlock your phone then get a Sprint rom and use Rom Utility Update (RUU) to flash it, then do a soft reset (just push in the reset button with the stylus) when the tap to configure screen comes up then put in bootloader mode (hold power, camera, and push in reset for a few seconds) and upload your custom rom.

Another thing is make sure your roms are using a blank RUU becuase i tried opening the sprint rom through a rom already using RUU and got hung up with the splash screens becuase it never flashed the radio but the OS rom instead. These instructions should work fine with your phone becuase i have the same one through qwest and just got new xv models through Verizon becuase qwest is dropping their own service through sprint.

Re: Please Help :)

even after i do the hard reset back to manufac. settings it still loads to bootloader. Am I doing something incorrectly? Or missing a step?

Re: Please Help :)

maybe try hooking up your phone to the pc while its in bootloader and try running a rom with the RUU and go through the steps to try and correct an error which it will probably show up and should get your phone out of bootloader mode. this might help, not to sure as mine never got stuck on that screen after i did a hard reset.

i tried but it fails to send file. and when i boot it flashes a gray screen for a sec that says no image file. then goes to bootloader.
