Or you can use sashimi.
Doesn't autorun right after a flash,
but you have it installed on your sd card,
and then open the program,
and do like two clicks and it installs faster than UC from my experience and posts that I've seen. Well if you have more than like 5-6apps that install with UC I've noticed it's always bogged down.

But with Sashimi I have it install all my registry tweaks, xml's, mortscripts, backups (exe file), cabs that don't need user input and cabs that do need user input.
Has an easy to use interface, video tutorials,
and also a easy to use email setup sub program.
It allows you to input your data and it'll save a file in the sashimi folders to install your email profiles.
I think I might have missed a few other things it does too.
