Get SPC using CDMA-Workshop

I have a Mogul on which the GetSPC is not working; seems that the SPC has been changed, so I'm looking for a way to get the SPC with CDMA-Workshop, but it's not working; I found it should be on address 0150, I've read up to 1000000 bytes; I've even read all the ram from that address and checked address 55C2 as stated in some thread on this forum, but nothing.

The phone has the latest ROM from Sprint site. What should I do?

Well,

I found the answer myself, I'll post it in case it's useful for somebody. I left the memory scan from 0140:0000 and typed 999999999 as length; a few hours later it sent an error, but it found 12 possible codes. The working one was on addresses:

721012 - located at: 016A:1F23
721012 - located at: 01A9:4F7B
721012 - located at: 01A9:E133
721012 - located at: 01AB:638D

All these addresses had the same code.

Hi tc32brat; sorry, I had wrong info posted, I had two copies of CDMA Workshop running, the info I had posted was from the touch Diamond, the post was edited and has now the right info.
