Once in a while with the phone in suspend mode (turned off), the sliding sound will come on and start chiming when I slide the keyboard out, but the mogul stays in suspend mode. I have not found a pattern to it yet, but my question is, is anyone else seeing this?

Hope that helps, let me know if any one else out there see's this problem. If not I'll work on trying to figure out the real cause, but for me it only happens with Google Maps open. |

Ok, I've isolated this problem even further. It only occurs after you go into Contacts and use the Locate in Google Maps feature. After that this problem will arise... it can be resolved with a soft reset. As I mentioned in another thread, I have access to two Titan devices, mine generally has more tweaks, and my brothers is a more stock configuration. But I did confirm this happening on his too, that rules out conflicts with other apps I have installed. Looks like this is a problem with the Google Maps app. Let me know if you can confirm this.

Reverse Notifications Sounds
I have loaded the jetsons doorbell, and the T-Mobile Ring deal into my windows folder to be used as a notification sound. And both of them get reversed (Sounds like a ring still but played backwards) HOwever I also loaded "you have voicemail" and "CSI CTU" and those are fine.
THe T-Mobile and Jetsons will work fine at first it is not untill about a day later that they get flipped. |

ok, even more info on the Google problem... it appears after my latest soft reset to clear the problem it has gone away. I am now unable to duplicate it with my device, I will try my brothers when he gets back this afternoon. Could be intermittent or just resolved itself. I'll let you know

D-Pad + Hard Button breaks Key-Lock/Screen-Off
Both WMP and TCPMP have a way to shut off the screen while continuing to play audio. By default (configurable in the 6800's Settings), the keys are also locked at this point.
Hitting D-Pad and any other hard-key at the same time -- easy to do since the D-Pad is right on top of the OK -- will activate the screen, disable the Key Lock, and run the function you inadvertently pressed (just what the screen-off/key-lock was supposed to prevent). What I'm trying to do is play podcasts while I'm walking and the phone is in my pocket (jacket or jeans). Problem is that the jumble of buttons at the bottom of the 6800 are all to easily hit in combo. PS. Excellent forum (just come upon it once I got my 6800); very helpful, thanks.

I read reports of people having their Mogul randomly wake up, and this happened to me yesterday a couple of times. The only thing I could notice is that the phone was entering Roaming everytime it woke up.
It seems that going into roaming will wake up the device, can anyone confirm? This is a bad thing to happen though... badly designed. Also, has anyone woken their device up and the colors are inverted? Like a film's negative? This happened today, going into standby and waking it up again fixed the issue, so just wondering.
