Problem Updating Mogul Help!

hi all!

i have a problem with my mogul, when change the Rom to DCD all is fine except for when i try to put the MSI and number send a sscreen with the legend "MSID writting error" and can't change that parameter, post it and someone of you give a good advice like flash again and install the cab for carrier i do all that and nothing then i try downgrade the ROM for sprint i think was the ver 2.XX don't remember exactly however this let me change the number parameters for activate the phone but only can make and receive calls and send sms, when try to program data parameters send an error like "NMSID password error writing". i don't know what is happend, please anyone know how can fix it???, help please and thanks
