Problems detecting wireless connections.

I turn wireless on. I know there is an active connection, and it will not detect it at all. So I manualy enter it, and it still tells me unavailable.

The SSID is correct
The authentication is correct
The data encryption is correct.

Any help is appreciated.

try go to the WiFi and search from there, then when it detects it, it will ask for the password, key it in and you will get connected.

at least that what worked for me, so try it and let me know.

Also I had the same problem...... my phone wouldnt detect anything so I would go to start--> settings--> connections--> wifi and it would show it to be available but would not connect. so I took it to sprint and they did a hard reset and it works now. try a hard reset!
