Pics/Video for VZW

So i just got my first pix send to my phone, and I have a notifaction that says who it is from, its class, its size, received time, and expiration.

There are two options on the bottom of screen... one is to download, the other to postpone. Neither of the buttons are active (meaning I can't click on them). I need to see this picture! Any help?

What version of Arcsoft are you using? Are you even using Arcsoft and what are your MMS server settings.
