If you're referring to the MSL, it's a unique number that's different for every device. Just call Sprint and ask for it.

For all of those looking for the MSL, I know at least for the Alltel 6800, "000000" works. Not sure if this is a unique thing or what, but I used it and it worked, found it on another forum...
