Toolbar Color Change

I was just wondering if there was a way of changing the homescreen colors? I mean, bars that are on the top and the bottom of the screen. are there registry edits for changing that or any kind of program?

I heaard a program called UI Tweaker I couldnt get it to work but maybe you will have better luck. http://freewareppc.com/utilities/uitweaker.shtml

RC mod is what you are looking for you can customize just about any part of the bars and text. It has a color chooser as well as a custom color choice. I don't know were to get it as i cooked it in with the kitchen.

I haven't been able to get RC Mod to work on the latest sprint rom. The program runs but does not change anything. Worked fine on the previous rom though. Know of any fixes?
