Need some help

I htink the phone has bricked out...

PPC6800
After a soft reset, the phone goes to the unlock code screen and freezes there. I cannot pass this screen at all. I have pulled the battery and have hit the reset button countless times. Anyone know a way to get around this or am I screwed and have to fight with Alltel now?

Thanks for any help with this

no water damage, and was working fine on wm6.1 until 20 minutes ago...no other software than what came with the phone is on here.
