I've tried soft resets, hard resets, ROM upgrades... everything. It just doesn't work. Is there anybody out there with any Idea what I can do? Furthermore, I wanna know why calling that alltel number makes alltel not recognize my number! Help everyone!

the number I gave you is the number Alltel gives you when they mail you a new phone. it activates your phone and allows you to have a data connection.

You might also try flashing the latest titan/mogul Alltel update. heres the link

Already tried all the updates, and I think the reason the automated thing didn't recognize my number is that customer support is closed, so the automated thing is, too.

*228 option 2 wouldn't hurt too. Baring that, go through the connection settings (Start->Settings->Connections->Connections->Manage Existing Connections, and check the user/pass settings.

It will be 1234567890@alltel.net and password alltel.
