Why can't I

I have a 6800 which I was able at one point to save pics off internet sites are just pictures in general but for some reason can't anymore which I am still using the same sites I have search the forums but looks like no one as ever had a problem please help

why dont you try to soft reset and then hard reset if it does not work if that does not help i dont know what to say maybe call sprint store buy new phone i dont know i hope this helped all i am doing is try to help welcome to ppcgeeks bye late

Did you installd any updates or any programs that you can remember, if so try to uninstall any soft or update that could be causing this problem, if thats not the case then hard reset will be the other option, i wouldnt doit yet until you are sure you dont have other choice, good luck with that..

i have tried soft reset a number of times but no luck only up date was th 6.1

Are you getting any error message when trying to save the picture? if so can you posted here, or what exactly is it doing when you try to save the picture?

hard reset your phone ive had to do this more than once
it comes from too much junk downloads
