my 6800 wont go to landscape.
My phone has been working fine up to this point and today earlier today i had no issue then out of the blue when i would slide my keyboard out and the screen was to go to landscape it would get really choppy and was really really slow. then i reset it 2 times and know it wont go to landscape at all. but when i close the keyboard it goes to landscape then back to the other way. But when they keyboard is out it wont go to landscape what do i need to do to fix this. THANKS PS. If i click on the icon for it to go to landscape it does. but if the keyboard slides out it wont.

I had this issue as well, I resolved this issue by assigning the mail button to the screen flip. It's great for the temporary and responds relatively quickly.

Question, you using Manilla 2d? If I'm not running it, I rotate fine.

definitely sounds like a hardware problem. take it in and have it replaced...

I called sprint and got tech support they were gonna issue me a new phone brand new of the 6800 and for my inconvenience was gonna send me a car charger i was like i have 2 lol BUT it was on back order and would take about to a week and half and thats a long time to be with my phone. So he gave me a 50.00 credit and since i have insurance hopefully tomorrow they send me one out asap or the touch pro would be even nice. wish me luck
