Well, I left my 6800 on after a fresh boot and after 2 days of just sitting it was down to 37%. The Storm was at 35% in the same time frame but with HEAVY usage. lol. I watched the entire "Jeff Dunham very special christmas special" and only used 25% of the battery. 1 hour 25 min run time. The battery is still coming up and getting better, and at this point I can say that it will go 2 to 3 days with average (for me) use without a charge. As the OS gets updated I'd expect to see it get better. atleast a little bit.

I guess it was a better transition from a Sidekick to a Storm then to a WM device for him since he really is not into phones like DEL30 is. Besides like weedahoe stated WM is NOT for everyone.
Kyle try to stay dry in your STORM!

Nah, there is no 1 great device. They all have their ups and downs, so I can't ever become a fanboy! lol. I think the Storm would be a little tricky for anyone who hasn't used a smarphone/PPC before. The options with BB are EVERYWHERE. not neatly catagorized like they are in WinMo. It took some getting used to for me, and I'm still learning, but its been fun exploring a new device.
Hopefully VZW will get its act together and put out a solid, uncrippled version of any device of the future generations.
