What is the difference?

I want to know what is the difference between nuerom 5067 and sys 20931?, I don't want a super fast phone, I want a stable phone with all the features working correctly and less low memory issues, I had dcd but to many problems and I installed 20931 last night but with a lot of work

I need and advise please, I am tire of the problems with the mogul and the memory issue and programs no working.
