Help Please !!!!!!

Hello,

I attempted installing the HTC Homeplugin for this phone and another software that is used to change the appearence of the homeplugin. When I did this, I did a soft reset and now when my phone boots up it will get stuck at the today screen. Keep in mind, the plugin does not appear. Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!
