i can't touch my screen.

as i said in the title that i can't touch my screen.....actually i touch it but it has no reaction on it.....
it happen after i drop my mogul...what should i do ? i have no warranty on this mogul..i can't get replacement...
is there any one know how to fixed it ? it is a hardware failure or hard reset will fixed it ?
