Just to give some heads up, Hard resetting the phone doesn't erase your phone Number and MSID from it, when You are sure is deactivate it, run the ##MSL# then Edit and replace your Phone number and MSID with all Zero's which will be 0000000000, then reboot. at least that what I do with all my phones that I sell.
