However, just to be clear, NO sprint phone (CDMA) will work on AT&T's 3G (GSM) network.

If Cricket has a 3G network, and you use Cricket as your cellular carrier, your Mogul will use 3G

I don't think Cricket has 3G. I think it is like the 1X type. My cousins all have Verizon phones flashed to Cricket and then always show 1X... Not sure though.

thats the confusion.. 3g is just a marketing buzz word. sprint stopped using it when they came up with "Vision" and "Power Vision"

Yeah, the Mogul is capable of using the 3G network... You need a cellular provider that has 3G of course.. Sprint and Verizon provide it.. 3G is faster then 1x, as you know.. The Mogul also has support for Rev. A, which is the fastest 3G for CDMA available on a national scale..

In some cricket markets they have EVDO, like here in Denver. I am using an Apache right now, but my Titan will be here next week. I use the 01050.prl and get EVDO. I get the EVDO icon and all on my Apache, so I am sure my Titan will be able to do the same.
