Silence ringer when using SetVolume0.4.3

Is there a way to silence the ringer on an incoming call if SetVolume is installed? I know you can normally use the scroll wheel, but if SetVolume is installed the program is automatically launched with use of the scroll wheel before a call is answered or ignored. Thanks
