I have that problem too. SMS starts by itself. Anyone can help?

Trust me. If we knew how to fix it would be posted on the first page. You'll need to evaluate what's more important, threaded SMS or having to deal with the issue.

Same here. I have had some minor annoyances but none that would make me get rid of the app.

I don't have any issues with Cody's WM6 version of the Palm Threaded SMS app. It works great. No issues at all.

I asked because I too have heard reports of bugs. Im running the latest (i think) Palm SMS.
I just wondered if there was one thats know to be the most stable etc.

It would be really useful if there was a thread with known configurations and known common apps that cause problems. I had a very popular touch dialer skin installed and only later found out many users had reported memory leaks with it or something. Another example would be running HTC X-button 2.0 which kills memory. 1.51 is a far better option but the casual user wont know and will think its best to be fully up to date.

The app has had no effect on my mogul at all, except sometimes it takes a little bit to start to write a reply to someone...

i think it is called "palmMsgV001". it is a file in your windows folder. just save that file and put it back after you have reinstalled the app.
