Well, you might want to try different os/radio combo's.
Usually, you want to UPgrade, not downgrade. Also, you need to find out which version is on the phone, gps or non gps. here you can find a LOT of info and links to software. http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...name=HTC_Titan good luck

you can flash just the radio the same as you did the full flash just rename it to RUU_Signed.nbh and drop it in your folder the other rom setup used then click the rom update utility. it will propmt you just like the full flash did. It will ask to replace the file already there just overwrite it.. The radio file is like 11mb vs the rom wich is around 70mb or so for a stock sprint rom. Or search here for an empty RUU to drop the radio into rename to RUU_Signed.nbh and run the ruu utility that is .exe Flashing just the radio this way will reset your settings and data... flashing the radio from the sd card will not reset the phone.
